Start here Measure the fullest and narrowest points.

For dresses and tops, compare bust first. For bottoms, compare waist and hip first. If one measurement sits between sizes, choose the larger size for fitted styles.

Then check Fabric, stretch, lining, and length.

Woven linen, satin, and tailored pieces give less than rib, knit, or stretch styles. Product pages should confirm stretch, lining, and approximate garment length.

Mini Best checked against height and occasion.

Mini lengths can shift quickly on taller shoppers. Check the garment length if you want more coverage for sitting, work, or events.

Midi The most flexible dress length.

Midi dresses usually sit below the knee to mid-calf. They are the safest starting point for workwear, dinners, and wedding guest styling.

Maxi Check hem length before checkout.

Maxi styles may need heels or tailoring depending on height. Look for product length notes, model height, and size worn.

How to Measure

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, not where low-rise bottoms sit.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inseam: Measure from the inside leg seam to the ankle or desired hem point.
Garment length: Compare against a similar piece you already own and like.
