Sale Terms

Sale terms apply to marked-down products, last-chance edits, automatic sale pricing, and any sale collection shown on Alyvera. Product-specific pricing and checkout totals are confirmed in Shopify checkout before payment is completed.
Sale Pricing
- Sale prices only apply while the product is marked down on the website or eligible in Shopify checkout
- Prices can change during a sale period and may vary by market, currency, tax, duty, or shipping setup
- Discount codes may not combine with sale pricing unless the offer clearly says they can
- Sale prices cannot be applied retroactively after an order is placed
Last Chance and Final Sale
Products tagged as last chance or final sale may have limited sizes, restricted returns, or no restock plan. Return rights for faulty, incorrect, or legally protected purchases still apply where required by law.
Low Stock and Back In Stock
Low-stock, back-in-stock, and last-chance labels are based on Shopify product data or product tags. Adding a product to your bag does not reserve it; checkout must be completed while stock is available.
Coming Soon
Coming-soon products and collections are previews only unless checkout is enabled for that item. Availability, pricing, color, size range, and delivery timing may change before launch.
Returns and Exchanges
Sale returns follow the Shipping & Returns policy unless a product is clearly marked final sale, restricted for hygiene or safety, or excluded by the offer terms. For discounted orders, refunds may reflect the discounted amount paid.
