Alyvera is designed in Greece by two women who love fashion and useful detail, but checkout stays deliberately simple and secure. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Available payment methods can vary by market, device, currency, and Shopify checkout settings.
Accepted Payment Methods
The payment options shown at checkout may include major cards, accelerated checkout wallets, and other Shopify-supported payment methods enabled for the store. Availability can vary by country, currency, device, and Shopify Markets setup. For country and currency guidance, see International Orders.
Secure Checkout
- Checkout pages are encrypted and handled through Shopify checkout
- Payment details are processed by payment providers, not stored directly by Alyvera
- Fraud-prevention checks may be used to protect shoppers and Alyvera
- Order, tax, duty, shipping, and discount details are confirmed before payment is completed
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered at checkout before payment is completed. Some offers may require a minimum spend, have a start or end date, or exclude certain products. Review Promotion Terms before ordering if you are relying on a code.
Failed or Duplicate Payments
If checkout fails, review the billing address, card details, payment method, and bank approval status. If you believe you were charged more than once, contact support with your order number, payment timestamp, and the email used at checkout.
Security for Connected Devices
Some skincare-tech or secure-living products may use third-party apps, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or manufacturer services. Review the product instructions and manufacturer terms before connecting any device to a personal account, home network, or business network.
