Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact customer care as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed, or sent to a fulfilment partner, changes may not be possible.
Where do discount codes go?
Discount codes can be entered from the bag or at checkout before payment is completed. Some offers may require a minimum spend, valid date window, or product eligibility. See Promotion Terms for exclusions and refund handling.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Shopify sends the order confirmation to the email or phone number used at checkout. Check spam or promotions folders if it does not arrive.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually begin processing within 1 to 4 business days. Standard delivery is usually estimated at 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and fulfilment route.
Will my items arrive together?
Not always. From Greece, With Love apparel and Afterglow skin-tech products may ship from different fulfilment partners, so one order can arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking.
How do duties, taxes, and currency work?
Country, currency, taxes, duties, shipping rates, payment methods, and discount eligibility are confirmed in Shopify checkout. If multiple markets are enabled, use the footer Ship to selector before checkout. See International Orders for details.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed once an item dispatches. If tracking has not updated for several business days, use Track Your Order and include your order number.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return clothing?
Eligible apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery if it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with tags and packaging.
Can I return Afterglow skin-tech products?
Unused and unopened Afterglow skin-tech devices may be eligible for return. Opened, used, hygiene-sensitive, activated, or installed products may be restricted unless faulty or required by law.
Can I exchange a size?
Size exchanges can be requested when replacement stock is available. Use Start a Return and choose size exchange as the preferred outcome.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. Keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Products
What are the main categories?
The launch edit is built around two categories: Afterglow and From Greece, With Love. Afterglow is Alyson's LA skin-tech edit; From Greece, With Love is Vera's Greece-designed and curated edit.
How should I choose a size?
Use the Size Guide and Fit & Fabric Guide before checkout. For dresses, check bust and hip first. For bottoms, check waist and hip. If you are still unsure, send a Fit & Size Help request before ordering.
Are Afterglow skin-tech products medical advice?
No. Skincare-tech products are general routine products unless a manufacturer specifically states otherwise. Follow the included instructions and stop use if irritation occurs.
What if a device will not charge, pair, or work correctly?
Stop using the product if there is a safety concern. Keep the product, packaging, manuals, chargers, and accessories, then use Warranty & Device Support with your order number, product name, issue, and photos or video where possible.

Where are the stores?
Alyvera has two appointment-led studio details on site: an Athens appointment studio and a Los Angeles studio. Contact customer care before visiting so the team can confirm timing, pickup, and item availability.
Can I check store availability?
Product pages include an Athens and Los Angeles availability panel. Availability can vary by size and location, so contact customer care before visiting for a specific item.
How do I contact support?
Start at Customer Care or use the Contact Us page. Include your order number if the message is about an existing order.
