Order Processing

Orders usually begin processing within 1 to 4 business days. Some items may ship from different fulfilment partners, which means one order can arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery windows are estimates. Carriers, customs, supplier handling, public holidays, weather, and high-volume sale periods can affect timing.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout once the order has dispatched. If tracking has not updated for several business days, contact us with your order number.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes, duties, and import charges may be calculated at checkout or charged by local authorities depending on destination and fulfilment route. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery unless the item is marked final sale or excluded below. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with tags, hygiene seals, accessories, manuals, charging cables, and original packaging where applicable.

Return Conditions

  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup, marks, fragrance, and pet hair
  • Beauty-tech products must be unopened, unused, and returned with all accessories unless faulty
  • Secure-living electronics must be unused, reset if applicable, and returned with all accessories unless faulty
  • Final-sale, gift card, intimate, hygiene-sealed, and personalized items are not eligible unless required by law
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exchanges

Size exchanges can be requested when replacement stock is available. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another suitable option.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue. Do not dispose of packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary after the refund has been issued.
