Alyvera can support international shopping through Shopify Markets, Shopify checkout, and fulfilment routes that may vary by product, destination, and supplier. Use this page before ordering if currency, duties, taxes, delivery timing, or split shipments matter.

Country and Currency

  • Available shipping countries and currencies are controlled in Shopify Markets
  • If more than one market is enabled, use the Ship to selector in the footer before checkout
  • Prices, discounts, shipping rates, taxes, duties, and payment methods can vary by selected market
  • Checkout is the final place to confirm the order total before payment

Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

Taxes, duties, and import charges may be collected at checkout or charged by local authorities depending on the destination, product type, shipping method, and Shopify settings. Customers are responsible for destination charges that are not collected at checkout.

Delivery Windows

Standard delivery is usually estimated at 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, but international orders may take longer because of customs checks, carrier delays, supplier processing, public holidays, weather, or incorrect address details.

Split Shipments

One order may arrive in separate parcels if items are fulfilled by different partners or locations. Tracking may be sent separately for each parcel. This is especially possible when an order mixes From Greece, With Love apparel with Afterglow skin-tech products.

Restricted Products

Some Afterglow skin-tech, battery-powered, app-connected, or electronic products may not be available in every market. Product availability can also vary because of supplier, carrier, battery, customs, plug, warranty, or manufacturer restrictions.
