Promotion Terms

Promotion terms explain how Alyvera discount codes, launch offers, subscriber offers, marked-down prices, and gift-with-purchase offers may work when they are active. Visible launch offers only appear when they are enabled in store settings and active in Shopify admin. Specific offer details shown in an email, SMS, product page, cart, or checkout will apply first.
Using a Discount Code
- Enter the code in the bag or at Shopify checkout before payment is completed
- Codes are checked by Shopify checkout and apply only when the code is active and eligible
- Some codes require a minimum spend, valid date window, specific region, customer eligibility, or selected products
- Codes are not applied retroactively after an order is placed
Offer Eligibility
Unless an offer says otherwise, promotions may exclude sale items, final-sale items, gift cards, preorder items, shipping, duties, taxes, skincare-tech devices, secure-living electronics, and products already discounted or marked as promotional. Marked-down products are also covered by Sale Terms.
One Offer at a Time
Promotions usually cannot be combined with other discount codes, automatic discounts, loyalty rewards, affiliate offers, or already marked-down prices unless the offer clearly says they can be combined. Gift cards are treated as payment and may have separate Shopify checkout rules.
Returns and Refunds
If an order uses a promotion, the discount may be spread across eligible items in the order. Any approved refund, exchange, or store credit may be adjusted to reflect the discounted amount paid for the returned item.
Changes and Errors
Alyvera may correct pricing, promotion, eligibility, stock, or checkout errors before accepting an order. We may change, pause, extend, or end a promotion where needed, including where an offer is misused, published incorrectly, or affected by technical issues.
