Everything you may need before or after checkout lives here: tracking, returns, sizing, product safety, payment security, and direct support.
Before You Contact Support
- Have your order number and checkout email ready
- Include tracking numbers, product names, sizes, photos, or screenshots where relevant
- For returns, confirm the item is unworn, unused, and still has packaging, tags, seals, manuals, or accessories
- For skincare-tech or secure-living devices, note whether the product has been opened, activated, charged, connected to an app, installed, or used
Response Timing
Support requests are reviewed in the order received. Messages with a clear order number, product name, and requested outcome are usually easier to resolve quickly.
