How Restocks Work
- Restock timing depends on production schedules and capacity, and whether the tool is still approved for the collection.
- Submitting a request does not reserve stock or create an order.
- If a tool returns, complete checkout while stock is available.
- For a specific tool, include the product name and the colour or plug variant you are waiting for.
Preorder Notes
Preorders are only offered when the product page or checkout clearly says the item is preorder. If an item is available for preorder, the product page should show the expected dispatch window before you buy.
