Use this page for restock requests, preorder questions, and coming-soon product interest. It gives shoppers a clear next step when a size, color, or product is not available.
How Restocks Work
- Restock timing depends on supplier availability, production capacity, and whether the original product is still approved for the edit.
- Submitting a request does not reserve stock or create an order.
- If a product returns, complete checkout while stock is available.
- For size-sensitive apparel, include the product name, size, color, and the fit issue you are solving.
Preorder Notes
Preorders are only offered when the product page or checkout clearly says the item is preorder. If an item is available for preorder, the product page should show the expected dispatch window before you buy.
