Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout once an item has dispatched. If your order ships in more than one parcel, each parcel may have its own tracking email.

What to Expect

  • Order confirmation is sent shortly after checkout
  • Processing usually takes 1 to 4 business days before dispatch
  • Standard delivery is usually estimated at 7 to 15 business days after dispatch
  • Split shipments can arrive on different days depending on the fulfilment route

If Tracking Has Not Updated

Tracking can take a few business days to scan after dispatch, especially when a parcel is moving between fulfilment partners or carriers. If there has been no update for several business days, contact support with your order number and tracking number.

Details That Help

When requesting tracking help, include the order number, order email, tracking number, carrier name if shown, delivery country, and the latest tracking status. If only part of the order arrived, list the missing item names.

Address Changes

If you entered the wrong delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or passed to a supplier, address changes may not be possible.
